All “Web Resources” are virtual online resources with information, referral listings, sometimes chat rooms and forums, etc. For real physical resources (in-person counseling, hotlines, support groups, etc.) on your campus and in the Chicago area, please go to Campus & Community Resources. Please keep in mind that if a situation or feeling is concerning you enough to research it further, it might be helpful to share your concerns and ask questions of a mental health professional in person.
